SuperCasino Review

While any online casino is unlikely to say anything bad about itself, especially in the name of the brand, some of them go out of their way to say that they have a pretty high opinion of themselves! SuperCasino is just such a brand and our main goal with this particular review is to discover whether it is an online casino that manages to live up to its name or whether it is just full of hot air. In fairness, the casino is owned and operated by the NetPlay TV Group and we know from past experience that they do know a thing or two about a solid online gaming experience, but we prefer to take online casinos at face value so let’s plough on into the game selection and more!

The Experience and Gaming Software

The main SuperCasino page is set out nicely and players will only have to put up with a relatively small promotions banner before making their way into the games themselves. There are four tabs at the top of the page, comprising Casino, Vegas, Live and Promotions and while they are all pretty self-explanatory, we were intrigued to find out the difference between Casino and Vegas.

We kicked things off where we started, that being within the Casino, and it quickly became clear that the name of the game here was Playtech. We’re not the biggest Playtech fans nowadays, with many of the developer’s releases falling a little flat. However, we’re not the kind of reviewers to discount them completely, especially when some of their more established games such as Iron Man, The Avengers and Captain America still rank among our all-time favourites. As you’ll probably be well aware, each of those games forms part of the Marvel range of slots and they continue to impress thanks to offering big jackpots, great themed features and just about anything else that players could hope for from an online game.

There are of course other slots outside of that series too that will appeal to some people, including the likes of Kong, White King and Top Gun, and also plenty of other jackpot gaming opportunities thanks to the likes of Beach Life and Frankie Dettori’s Magic Seven Jackpot. The table games are not exactly extensive, not even representing the full Playtech table gaming range, although the nature of NetPlay TV casinos is that they focus on live dealer gaming, which can be enjoyed both in the standard format and even when the casino is live on television as is the case in some countries.

Upon moving into the Vegas category, we were greeted by the full range of IGT slot games, and that is something that always goes down well with us. Like Playtech, they have released a number of titles that have long remained among our all-time favourites, including the likes of Siberian Storm, Ghostbusters and Cleopatra, and there are even several more jackpot games to be enjoyed here. IGT doesn’t really do online table games and there are none at all in the Vegas section, but the dedicated live dealer tab will continue to deliver some quality action.

Account Management and Customer Support

Banking at SuperCasino is a smooth process that focuses on quality over quantity in terms of payment methods, with cards, electronic wallets and even PayPal being among the deposit and withdrawal methods of choice. We used PayPal for review purposes and our deposits cleared instantly, while our withdrawals were returned to our accounts on the same day – and you can’t say fairer than that.

Support was decent enough too, with players able to contact the support team through the conventional methods of live chat, email and phone, together with a postal option for queries that really aren’t all that pressing!

SuperCasino Review in Summary

SuperCasino and its inherent appeal means that it is only really an option for UK players. It is fully licensed and regulated to operate in the market and it’s actually a pretty bland online offering unless you’re using the casino facilities in conjunction with the casino’s own late night television shows. We’ve seen it and we consider it to be a gimmick more than anything if we’re brutally honest, and as a standalone casino this one isn’t exactly anything special. As is often the case with so many online brands out there, this one doesn’t exactly do anything wrong, but it suffers from the fact that other casinos do everything that this one does and much more. If the television show novelty appeals then there is no reason not to check it out, but if you’re after a well-rounded online gaming experience then there are plenty of better options to try. Therefore, SuperCasino is actually more AverageCasino as far as we’re concerned.
